NOTE
: MomsRing.com products that have custom engraving, have been altered or
damaged in any way, regardless of by whom, are NOT returnable.
Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. We encourage you to have an independent
appraisal made of your diamond purchase so you can be reassured you made the right decision.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item
without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the
date of shipment. We will refund the original purchase price less $15 original shipping cost. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen.
Our Return Process
You must contact our Customer Service Department by email or at 1-800-630-2686 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) for your item prior to sending it to us. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized
(by a jeweler other than Momsring.com), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Returns with no Return Authorization Form, and packages that are improperly packaged or
uninsured will be refused receipt.
How To Prepare A Return
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Momsring.com , follow our three step process:

Your Return Authorization Form. To download our Return Authorization Form, please right click and save as .PDF Format OR .DOC format. (click here for sample of return form)
Please write down your Return Authorization Number (RA) assigned by our Customer Service Department. Also, note the reason for your return on this form, and enclose it with your original packing slip inside your return package.
- Package Your Return. Write your assigned Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with
a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $150 replacement cost.
For security reasons, *do not write* Momsring anywhere on the outside of the box. Failure to list the RA Number on the outside of your package will result in us rejecting your shipment.
- Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
- * Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a
return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

* More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value
of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Momsring.com.*
(FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have
